Presenting our experience and results using a CO2 laser which allows us to perform conventional, fractional and incisive resurfacing (ULTRAPULSE ENCORE ACTIVE Fx®).

It is frequent in our centre to combine any modality of facial resurfacing with eyelid treatment, both with removal of bags as well as excess skin on the upper lid. With this aim, the incisive mode of this device provides us with great versatility, as well as allowing the use of these combined techniques in one session.

The technique is simple, performed under locally injected anaesthesia and combined with anaesthetic creams such as EMLA® on the rest of the facial surface. Some images of the surgical technique and the results obtained are displayed.
